Hi, I’m Casey, a designer with a focus on empathetic and strategic design.

From a young age, I was always the "art kid," and that creative spark led me to explore graphic design in high school. When I designed a butterfly logo for a domestic violence charity in my hometown, I was inspired to start a career in design.

Today, I approach design with a blend of the creativity and excitement of my inner art kid and the thoughtful intention of my adult self. I thrive on working across a wide range of projects—whether it's creating something slightly ridiculous (like a potato festival or a pigeon book) or designing something more impactful, like resources for important social issues. In design and life, I am versatile and focused on small details that build big ideas.

Outside of design, I enjoy what I affectionately call my "grandma hobbies"—knitting, embroidery, scrapbooking, and reading. Balanced by the calm and creativity of my grandma hobbies, I love exploring new places and things. I’ve been to 17 countries and counting, and I’ve even explored the skies when I went skydiving. These pursuits, as well as sudden interests in very random topics, often inspire something amazing – whether that’s a design or a great conversation.

If you're looking for a designer who is driven, adaptable, and attentive to the details that make a big impact, I'd love to connect and explore how I can contribute to your team. :)

The Dragonfly

My dragonfly logo is a nod to the butterfly logo that gave me direction, while maintaining symbolism that represents me. In addition to a personal connection to dragonflies, they symbolize adaptability and the pursuit of a deeper meaning, which is how I approach both life and design.
